The pool was clean and a lovely place to unwind. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it.

The setting is calm and relaxing, the service is good, and it’s worth the price. The rooms weren’t very clean, though. Be careful, the glass in the main door is broken and see-through.

At Capital Regency, Kandy, the staff were warm and professional, and the spacious room and breathtaking city views made the stay comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy.

I go here often, and the staff are friendly, including the receptionist, who speaks politely. The food is very good too. If someone says the service isn’t good, that’s their fault, not the staff’s.

The receptionist told us on the phone that the pool was available, but when we arrived a little later, she said it was unavailable that day because it had been booked for swimming practice. She didn’t apologize for the wrong information or for wasting our time and transport money, and she was very rude. Very bad customer service.
