That shared balcony has a stunning panorama over Kandy, especially in the evening. The view was better than some of the viewpoints we saw. We stayed at Fairview Residence Sky Kandy and found it calm and quiet, a comfortable choice for couples looking to unwind. The shared kitchen isn't private, but it was clean, well arranged, and equipped for simple cooking, with a fridge, gas cooker, oven, heater, and the necessary utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a really good stay. We'd recommend it and would like to return. 🌿

We stayed at Fairview Residence "SKY", one floor above the main hotel building. It was the best place we stayed during our week in Sri Lanka, and a rare find in Kandy. The room and the recently renovated bathroom were both spacious and clean. The bathroom had nicely decorated tiles and a powerful shower with a steady stream of hot water. There are only three rooms, so we could often enjoy the large shared terrace by ourselves. It’s a great spot to sit and relax with a panoramic view of Kandy Lake. The hillside location means a tuktuk ride costs less than US1, and the low price compared with most city hotels and guesthouses made the climb worthwhile.
