The manager was friendly, professional, and always did his best to help us. Caretaker Augustine was very friendly too, and the meals were delicious. The rooms were clean and perfect. We stayed with family, and the views were the best I've ever had. Morning and evening both felt like paradise, with a beautiful garden full of flowers and fruit. We also visited mini worlds end nearby, the view there was awesome and stunning. Highly recommend the place and staff. Hope to visit again soon 👍👍

The rooms were spacious and clean, and it's a nice place. The rough stretch near the end of the drive means you need a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Another option is to leave your car near the tea factory and take a three-wheeler. The food was the one letdown: our BBQ meat was charred on the outside and a bit undercooked inside.

The view from Hatale Mini Worl's End Bungalow was fantastic, especially with a cup of tea. Mini worlds end is another little piece of heaven, less than an hour's climb away. Augestin Uncle, the chief and caretaker, and Appu were great: they served nice food and never said no to our requests. When we ran short of vegetables and a few other things, they supplied them without hesitation. Thanks for such kind, energetic service, Augestin Uncle. After our three-day stay, we definitely missed you 😌. There are two routes to the bungalow. The short one is about 3km, steep and rocky, with a bumpy road. The other is more than 3km and comparatively okay, but still has some bumpy, rocky sections. You can also park by the Tea factory and take a Tuk Tuk. Management needs to take care of the road. ⚠️️ With good driving skills, a vehicle with good ground clearance can make it to the bungalow. A 4WD is an added advantage 👍

We took our big family for a one-night stay on 10 September 2022. Teros, the bungalow manager, did a good job giving us all the details. The view was breathtaking, and we loved the location and the weather. Uncle Augustine and uncle Muthu krishnan were so hospitable, and we really appreciated it. The food was delicious, the bedrooms were clean and neat, and we all enjoyed our stay.
