The way the staff member at reception spoke to me after I asked about our missing dinner was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I was treated like an outsider, even though we were paying guests. We had booked a “dinner with room” package, but no dinner ever arrived. When I went down around late night to ask politely, the older gentleman at the desk blamed me instead of apologizing or helping. Then, as I was heading upstairs after raising the issue, the staircase lights were suddenly switched off. That made an already uncomfortable situation feel even more disrespectful. A simple mistake could have been handled with an apology and decent service, but the attitude ruined the stay for us. Management, please review the lobby CCTV from yesterday around 11:30 PM to today 12:30 AM. It should show how this was handled. I hope you improve staff behavior and customer service so other guests don't have to go through the same thing.

Miss Lakshika( a s heard) at reception was especially helpful and did more than expected to make our stay go smoothly. The hotel was great, and the service was excellent. We'd happily come back 🤍 Friendly, attentive staff like her make it easy to recommend.

Our day got off to a terrible start: the bathroom commode was dirty, and our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We'd booked during perahara season and paid half two days before check-in. Even after calling to say we were coming that day, we had to wait while they arranged a room. The receptionist, a fair, chubby girl, acted as if she didn't care and said, “Um the boss and um the owner here.” Please hire qualified, professional front office staff and teach them to treat customers as number one. Customers are why you earn money, and we're not staying for free. Be friendly, smile, and treat people nicely. If staff don't do that, they won't be able to continue in their careers.

For the price, the view is beautiful, and this is the best place I've come across. The service is great too.

If you're after something budget-friendly and don't expect luxury, this place is decent for the money. The room was clean and simple, with the usual basics, and nothing felt especially good or bad. It's pretty much what the price suggests. One thing I wish I'd known sooner: you need to tell the staff ahead of time if you want to use the pool. The place is average overall, fair for what it costs.
