The view over the city was the real highlight, especially waking up to it. Our room was spotless and spacious, and the location made it easy to explore Kandy. Jay made us feel at home right away, with his kindness and great sense of humor. We had a great time here, highly recommend!

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Jaye was friendly, helpful with local knowledge, and very accommodating as our booking changed several times. We were especially pleased with the bathroom and its shower screen. Highly recommend Jaye's Home Stay for Kandy.

It’s in a peaceful spot, and the surroundings are okay, but the property could use several improvements. There was no hair dryer, TV, mini fridge, or toilet paper, which made the stay less comfortable than I expected. A few upgrades and better amenities would make this a much better homestay.

The clean, comfortable room helped us sleep well and get over the jetlag after our first days of traveling. The owner was friendly and generous with advice, and his wife made fresh, delicious breakfasts. A very pleasant stay.

The homemade food is worth trying, and the view from the balcony is great. The rooms feel new, the bathroom is high standard, and the bed is super comfortable. It's a bit up the hill, but that keeps things quiet. A real 5/5.
