Kurundu house is a lovely place to relax, and the caretakers really went to a lot of trouble to make our stay comfortable. The food was tasty and came with lots of dishes. Finding the place wasn’t easy, though. Please put up some signs along the road, and don’t use Google Maps or you’ll end up in Theldeniya. I love this place and hope to return with my friends.
The food is out of this world, and the caretakers go out of their way to make you feel special. It’s a beautiful property where you feel right at home. Highly recommend it if you want to relax and enjoy nature!
A stunning, clean and peaceful place. I was the only guest during my stay, and the lovely hosts were so sincere and helpful, even though English isn’t their language. I felt like a princess the whole time. The pictures don’t show how beautiful it really is. Highly recommend it for reconnecting with yourself and nature.
A little marvel of nature. Sunshine, open air, mountains and trees all seem alive around you. Being here puts you right in nature’s heart and makes your spirit feel clear.
Lovely setting, great architecture and good food, but the road is terrible and the bed was very hard. It was almost impossible to communicate in English. Also, be aware that they only take cash.
