We slept like babies, and dinner felt like a home-cooked meal. We got in around 7 in the evening and, since there aren’t many restaurants nearby, asked the hosts to make us something. They cooked amazing nasigoreg with chicken and veggies. Such a lovely stay!

A nice place for the money, and the service was very good. They brought a basic breakfast to our tree house at 6am, which was all we expected. It worked well as a base for a night or two of exploring. Hope you enjoyed the champagne we accidentally left in the fridge ✌🏼

The pool was clean and nice for a refreshing dip, and the grounds are surrounded by peaceful nature. From my balcony I could enjoy an amazing mountain view, and having a kitchen plus a tea and coffee maker in the room was handy. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, TV, AC, and a fan. The bathroom was spotless too. Meals were delicious and varied, and the staff made the whole visit feel personal. They were friendly and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Orchid Villa Hotel has excellent amenities and lovely views, and felt like a comfortable escape from city life. I’d happily recommend it and hope to come back.

So peaceful and beautiful, a lovely place for couples to stay. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and it felt well worth the money. Highly recommended.

The chalet I booked at Orchid Villa was clean and luxurious, and the customer service was very good. I visited while on vacation and found it one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at in Kandy. Breakfast was the one letdown for me, I felt it should have been more substantial. Otherwise, I’d recommend it to anyone. ❤️
