Avoid this villa. I booked ahead and they confirmed the reservation, but when my family and I arrived at 10:45 at night and called, nobody answered. I could hear the phone ringing outside, but still got no response. We were left not knowing what to do and had a difficult time finding a room until midnight. The staff were unprofessional.

It’s a lovely place to spend time in Kandy, and the staff are really great. I felt comfortable there, almost like I was at home. Highly recommended, and worth the money.

The management were so helpful, and breakfast was good. I also had a beautiful view, plus amazing rooms with great mattresses and pillows. One of the best guesthouses I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff, Wietse, Yohan and Malik, were so welcoming and great at arranging activities that felt like the real Kandyan experience. I got to try palm wine and hike up a mountain for a 360 view of Kandy. I’d hoped to join the Adam's Peak full moon hike too, but unfortunately I was travelling that day. The place itself is super clean, with hot water, free Wi-Fi, and very comfortable beds. It’s a few minutes from the center, a little up the hill, and quiet enough to relax on the balcony morning or evening. After a couple of nights, it already felt like another home in Kandy.

It’s a nice place with fantastic views and a great host. The town is a little far, though a tuk tuk gets you there quickly. Nice vibe and good value for money.
