Waters Spring Hotel

My parents came away especially happy with the à la carte meals. They said the food had great flavour and generous portions. Their rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. They stayed at Waters Spring Hotel on November 8 and 9 and had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Ms.Vani and the rest of the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We’ll definitely choose Waters Spring Hotel again.

We came for a birthday party and ended up having a fantastic weekend away. Vani, the owner, was a huge help with organizing it, and the staff were helpful too. The hotel is a lovely little place tucked away in Kandy, with a peaceful location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent food. Try the hopper menu. Thanks so much to Vani and her team, we’re sure to visit again soon.

We only stayed one night, but would gladly have stayed longer. The hotel is well located, the food was lovely, and the staff were wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, and decorated in a modern style. Good value for money.

Ajith, Oshadi, Arosh, and the rest of the team were professional and hospitable. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms immaculate and comfortable, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning. The location was convenient too. We stayed with our toddler in late November 2025, during cloudy, poor weather. There was no hot water in the shower or bath, though we had expected it. On our final day we raised the problem, and staff said the hot water had been switched on, but it didn’t seem to be. My wife and toddler couldn’t bathe. The internet also cut in and out during our stay.
