We had a great stay at Heaven Palace Kandy. The room was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. Staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout, with warm, professional service and plenty of attention to making sure everything was right. I’d recommend it to families, groups, or couples looking for a relaxing stay and good hospitality.

The hosts were very welcoming and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel sits in a pretty, quiet setting, with a lovely spice garden to wander through. Its air-conditioned rooms are spacious, and the kitchen and dining area are very well maintained.

A quiet, peaceful spot that’s great for relaxing. The rooms are newly built and spotless, with either a jacuzzi or a bathtub. Service was exceptional, and the whole stay was pleasant and memorable.
