We had the fresh catch fish and chips and seafood pie, and both were delicious. The staff were great and really helpful. It's a fantastic little place right on the beach in a beautiful village. We stayed for a drink by the pool and in the chill-out area. Bliss, we'll definitely be back.

Coconuts from locals on the beach after our morning swim were a special treat, and we also met some local “stick” fishermen and visited lots of places of special interest. Surfing was the highlight for some of the family. We spent two weeks at Lions Rest with our family and were overwhelmed by the friendly atmosphere and fabulous food. Thanks to Mikey and all his staff. We especially enjoyed the FISH EVENING and the BBQ EVENINGS. We look forward to coming back.

Really pleased with the meal. The calamari curry and prawn kottu were delicious. Fresh food and an authentic, family-run feel. Would recommend.

I've eaten here lots of times. There's a nice, varied menu with good vegetarian options. I love the cauliflower bake and red pesto pasta. The BBQ buffet I had recently included tikka paneer and lovely chickpea salads. The surroundings are always clean, and the staff always have a smile.

The server was very friendly, but we were frustrated by the wait and the food. Our dishes took more than an hour to arrive and were cold. The brownie didn't taste fresh and had a strange flavor. For this quality and service, it felt overpriced.
