I spent a week at Nala and his family's beautiful place and really enjoyed their company. Nala, his wife and their two daughters were so welcoming. My room on the second floor was spacious and lovely, with a big comfortable bed, and everything was clean and well maintained. I shared tea with the family, and Nala's wife made me an amazing lunch. The location in Weligama is great, near some of the best surf spots. I'd happily stay with them again and recommend them to anyone.

We stayed with Nalaka and his lovely family near the end of our Sri Lanka trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and seeing a tree growing right through it was incredible. We’ll remember their generosity, the delicious homemade food, and all the great conversations. Jungle Beach is just a quick walk away. We left feeling like we'd made new friends, and hope to come back.

Nala and his lovely family made us feel so lucky to have found this place. They welcome you into their home in a way that makes this homestay special. The room was spacious and cleaned every day, and the modern air conditioning was quiet at night. We had a big balcony for drying our surf clothes, and almost every day there were monkeys outside the window. Highly recommend staying here.

I spent six days at your guest house and really appreciated the care and hospitality, especially as a solo woman backpacking. The facilities were all modern and up to date, including the balcony, AC, bathroom, and double bed with a mosquito net. Future guests can ask Nala for tips and organized tours, or stop for tea or fresh juice with his kind wife and two girls.
