The ocean view from the roof and the second and third floors is excellent, and on its own it makes the place a winner. Sanka, who lives next door, tried to help us with many of the problems and also rents a great scooter. There were several issues during our stay. WiFi was often unreliable, and power cuts happened frequently, especially on the third floor, while the other floors still had electricity. The water pump made a slight noise in the third-floor rooms that could disturb sleep. When it rained, water sometimes leaked into those rooms. Housekeeping was so-so: a few times they only mopped with a smelly rag.
