Mr. Mangala made us feel at home at Mangala Lodge, sharing lots of helpful information about nearby places to see, including Silver Temple. The coconut roti he made for breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable space and patio garden. It's a genuine bed and breakfast in a quiet residential part of lovely Kurunegala. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend visiting for a pleasant, authentic experience with a very kind local host.

Mangala was very supportive, and the food was both healthy and delicious. Mangala lodge is a nice place to stay, and I recommend it.

Our booked place fell through, and at 8pm we were driving around in the rain looking for somewhere to sleep. We called Mangala, who welcomed us, got our room ready, and cooked us a delicious fried rice dinner. His pancakes at breakfast were the best, too. He's such a kind, caring man. I'd definitely recommend staying here for an authentic local Sri Lankan experience. Thank you, Mangala!

After a long day, Mangala made us dinner and breakfast, and we appreciated it so much. We arrived a little late, but he welcomed us warmly, with the most infectious laugh. Everything went smoothly, no complaints at all. Had a lovely time at Mangala Lodge. Thank you so much 💚
