We booked through booking.com and wanted to share our experience in case it helps someone else. The breakfast wasn’t satisfactory, and the cutlery and plates used to serve it weren’t properly clean. The pool and surrounding premises also felt unclean and uninviting. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly either, and finding cockroaches and ants inside was very unpleasant. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and there was no hot water. Basic amenities were missing: no tea or coffee facilities, and we had to ask for even the basic room essentials. The hotel’s overall condition disappointed us. It also felt as though local guests weren’t particularly encouraged or welcomed, and the hospitality was poor. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t recommend it. It wasn’t value for money at all.

The hotel is in a nice location, but poor management meant the stay didn’t meet expectations. Customer service was poor, and I felt local guests’ needs were neglected and met with inattention. The rooms weren’t tidy, there was no hot water, and the air conditioner was barely working and couldn’t keep up with the heat. The experience wasn’t good. I’m posting this in the hope the service improves and so others can get some insight before booking.

The rooms were excellent, with hot water and A/C, and the pool was great. Service, location, and food were all excellent. The beach is across the road, and they served fresh fish.

The place was nicely kept when I visited, and they were painting the building then. The people were really helpful, and there’s a great pool and a beach close by.

I booked through booking.com and am sharing what happened in case it helps someone else. The hotel felt poorly maintained, and the room had no tea or coffee setup. They didn’t provide water until we asked. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly, and there was no hot water. Breakfast wasn’t good, and some of the plates used to serve it were damaged. We felt local guests weren’t especially welcomed or encouraged, and the hospitality was poor. With all of these problems, I wouldn’t recommend it.
