Anuhas Airport Villas

We stayed for two nights before flying back to England. Amal was a wonderful host, friendly and full of useful information. He arranged a trip into Negombo, gave us a free airport transfer at midnight, and cooked a fantastic fish dinner for us when we asked before leaving. We picked this villa for its lovely pool and green surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle. It suited us perfectly and felt beautiful and relaxing. Thank you, Amal. John & Mandye UK

A peaceful place to unwind before or after a flight, just 10 minutes from the airport. The air-conditioned rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Our host made lovely breakfasts and dinners for an extra charge, and could cater to my dietary needs. When we took a short side trip to Male, Maldives, we left the luggage we didn’t need behind. The hotel laundry service also cleaned our clothes while we were away. It was more affordable than a similar property we stayed at when first arriving in Sri Lanka. Small shops on the nearby road are an easy walk away.

A really nice place, with a cool swimming pool and a splendid host. Amal is what makes this place special. His omelette even got me to eat a dish I’d hated until then! The Swiss colonial house has its own style, and there’s a lovely garden too.

A hidden gem with lovely staff. Mr Amal is a perfect host and makes the best curry in Sri Lanka. Ask him to tell you his story. The rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. A great place tucked off the beaten track.
