We liked Hotel Vacanza so much that we tried twice to extend our stay. The room was already booked the second time, so we had to leave earlier than we wanted. The staff were professional but made us feel like family, always friendly and quiet, never intrusive. Reception manager Situn was very helpful. The room was spacious and felt worth the money for Sri Lanka. Breakfast was generous and extremely good. The hotel is centrally located, just across the street from the beach, but set back from the main road, so it’s quiet. We could hear and see birds in the morning. There are beach towels, a pool, table tennis tables, and a small gym. One drawback is the dirty stream in front of the hotel. It didn’t bother us since we didn’t sit on the balcony because of the strong sun. There’s no elevator either. We took their electric car taxi for a very pleasant 2:30 drive. Our baby slept the whole way, and we didn’t feel tired or need to stop. If we return to the beach in Sri Lanka, we’ll definitely come back to Mirissa and Hotel Vacanza.

The room was clean and very nice, with a huge balcony, and the location was really convenient. Breakfast was delicious, so kudos to the kitchen guys. The owner, Chanka Amarasinghe, was a true gentleman, polite and very knowledgeable about the area. Manager Sitham Dehen was super helpful too. Thanks to the whole team for such a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Vacanza in Mirissa!

We had a lovely one-night stay at Hotel Vacanza. It was calm and relaxing, with a clean, comfortable room and incredibly friendly staff. A perfect place to unwind. I’d definitely come again, highly recommended.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and kind, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was comfortable and clean, and getting to the location was easy. A great choice for a relaxing stay ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. They arranged an airport taxi at a great rate, cheaper than PickMe. There are pool game and table tennis facilities too. Our room was really large and clean, with a nice washroom and a huge balcony. Mirissa Beach is an easy walk away, and the hotel is near the main road, where you can catch buses to Galle and Colombo. A very pleasant stay in Mirissa at a decent budget price.
