I spent four nights here, two in a double room and two in a dorm, and had a comfortable stay without any problems. The host was helpful and knew the area well. The rooms were very clean, though the balcony wasn’t, and the restrooms were well equipped and looked after. If you choose a dorm, I’d suggest a lower bunk on the left for easier access to power outlets. I carry a GoPro, phone, power banks, mirrorless camera and extra batteries, and hope management finds a solution for that setup. The location is excellent, with route number 2 making it convenient to reach the beaches along the southern coast. There are also inexpensive fruit shops and restaurants nearby.

I was there for four nights and had such a happy time with the family who run the hotel. The kids gave me sweets and made a lovely birthday card when they found out it was my birthday. We put together a little party with cake and dancing lessons, a memory I’ll keep for a long time. My double room felt fit for a princess: spacious, very clean, with air conditioning and a balcony. It faces the main street, but I liked being so central and the noise didn’t bother me. I was surprised there wasn’t a towel in the bathroom, and that the next guests came to see the room while I was still there on my last day. Still, it’s a convenient place with lovely people.

It’s right on the main road and only five minutes from mirissa beach. The staff were kind and helpful, and receptionist Himanshi was especially sweet and caring. I had a really wonderful stay and would recommend the place.

The host was kind and helpful, and the rooms they provide are very comfortable. They also have accommodation for drivers. It’s a short walk to the beach and close to the main Galle Mathara road, so it’s easy to organize everything from here. I loved my stay and can recommend it to anyone staying in Mirissa. Thanks.
