Vinrich Lake Resort

We went to a friend’s wedding here. The hall overlooking the marshland was calm and elegant, with a pleasing setting and well-kept, satisfactory facilities. The venue was well organized and looked attractive, so the overall experience was positive. There were a couple of concerns. Construction in front of the hall on the day caused some disturbance and occasional unpleasant smells. Also, the bar and liquor area could be screened off better. It was clearly visible through the glass from the main hall, and many guests would appreciate more privacy at this kind of function.

My experience with the owner at Red Rose Decoration was disappointing. Their communication with customers was poor, and their attitude felt unprofessional. In a service business, people need clear, respectful replies in good time, and that was noticeably missing here. I strongly encourage the owner to listen carefully, respond politely, and give clear, accurate information. Better communication can build trust, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen the business’s reputation. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

The food was delicious, but the service was painfully slow. We waited nearly 30 minutes for a teapot. When it still hadn’t arrived, we went back to our room and asked them to send it there if it came later. At breakfast, the staff member dropped our cutlery on the floor and then served us the same cutlery without replacing it. We’d picked Vinrich Hotel hoping for a relaxing holiday, but the room was very dirty. The sheets were stained, as were the towels. Being a hotelier myself made this even more upsetting. We’d also asked for dinner to be set up by the lakeside, but it was arranged near the pool. When we asked to move it, a waiter went to find another staff member, while most of the waiters seemed busy on their phones. Later we were told the lakeside wasn’t clean, although we’d seen staff cleaning it that evening. It was a very bad, disappointing stay that fell short of the basic standards we expected from a hotel.

The food was the highlight of my wedding on 26th October at the Lakewood Chateau. Guests gave it the best compliments, and the venue was breathtakingly beautiful, straight out of a movie. Ms.Ishini made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. She was flexible with all our requirements and contributed much more than coordination. On the day, Mr.Hemantha helped everything run smoothly, so we had nothing to worry about and could enjoy the best day of our lives. The whole team at Vinrich made it possible. For busy brides with little or no time to plan, I can’t recommend this dream location and package enough.
