Air Port 5 Minutes Super Clean Upul

I’d happily stay here again on a future trip to Sri Lanka. Upul and his family were so welcoming, and he was incredibly kind and friendly. My room was spacious and clean, with working air conditioning and hot water; there was also bottled water, coffee, and tea waiting for me. He suggested some good dinner spots about a 10-minute walk away and made the extra eggs I’d asked for the day before. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. We had a nice chat over coffee, and he told me about Sri Lanka and the situation in the country. I especially recommend staying here overnight before a departure. I paid around 500 rupees for a tuk tuk to the airport through the PickMe app. People could learn a lot about hospitality from Upul. Thanks again for everything! 😊

The host was great to communicate with and very helpful, and getting to the airport by Uber took about 10 minutes. The house is new, secure, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was huge and tasty, and the air conditioning and hot water both worked well.

The room itself was good, and the food was great. But although the listing said it was a home, we were actually offered just a room, first without an attached bathroom. We had to pay extra to get one with its own bathroom.

A handy place to stop over while in transit. Upul was really friendly and helpful.
