The host was tremendous, really attentive and good at meeting our needs. He was in his 60s going onto his 30s! Rooms were spacious and had good facilities, though a little dated. Breakfast was good, and we also enjoyed the special drink and tea or coffee while at the pool.

The manager Tharin Du and staff Nimal and Naali were very helpful and kept checking that we were happy. The location was lovely, away from noise, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Bedrooms were well equipped, and breakfast was nice. I recommend it 200%.

They picked me up from the airport with just two hours’ notice and prepared a really good dinner at short notice too. Everyone was friendly and made a great first impression on my trip to Sri Lanka. It’s a small hotel with five rooms, great service and a nice pool.

The rooms are very small and smell awful, and the pool is dirty. The pictures are fake. The beach is about 10 KM away, and this place is in the middle of a very busy, noisy city. Stay away.

This is a home stay, not a hotel. The property was dirty and smelly, and the room looked much worse in real life than in the edited photos. The AC wasn’t working properly, the TV was disconnected, there was no lunch option, and the pool had no water filter. There were spiderwebs in the room too. It was impossible for us to stay, so we booked another hotel and left.
