The calm, healing feel of Jetwing Negombo Ayurveda Pavilion made it a lovely place to rest. My grandmother, her caretaker, and I stayed there in December, and we felt well cared for from the moment we arrived, especially with my grandmother’s needs in mind. A special thank you to Manager Nimaka Manoj for his thoughtful kindness and patience with my grandmother and her caretaker, who are in their 70s and 80s. He helped us feel safe, respected, and welcome throughout. The whole staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Rukmal, the restaurant manager, was such a warm presence. Ishan, Chatura and Nileesha at the restaurant were always attentive and lovely, and the people in the restaurant and at reception were calm, kind, and professional. Danushka also patiently fixed my grandmother’s TV several times, with so much kindness. His patience meant more than he probably knew. Thank you to everyone for a memorable stay. I’ll always treasure the experience and would absolutely return 🤍

My wife was happy during our eight-day stay in December 2025, and I felt relaxed and comfortable too. I even thought I was healthier than before. The meals were a real highlight: we had three each day, and none were repeated. Every one was tasty, and I enjoyed them all. We also had special dinners on December 24 and 25 for Christmas. Mary's church and St.Sebastian church are close by by tuk-tuk. If you need laundry, some places can be reached on foot. By Ken Mochizuki from Japan

The understated brick buildings and tiled roofs at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions give the place a distinctive look. It might seem simple at first, but it never felt ordinary or dull. I had an Ayurvedic massage, and the program came with breakfast and dinner, so the experience felt thoughtfully balanced. If you can, stay at least three nights. That gives you time to try more spa and Ayurveda treatments and settle into the atmosphere.

The therapists were outstanding, and I found the Ayurvedic treatments very relaxing. The food was delicious, healthy, and nicely presented. I booked a three-night full-board package with all meals and treatments included. My King Pavilion room was clean and spacious, with a private garden and terrace where I received my Ayurvedic treatments. A perfect start to my two-week Sri Lankan holiday!

The ayurveda treatments were so relaxing, and the food was amazing. We stayed five nights with treatments and full board. The resort and its garden are beautifully decorated.
