We had no complaints and loved the whole two-night stay on an HB basis, from the beach and location to the rooms, cleanliness, service, food and massage. Everything was top notch, and the staff were so kind and friendly. During dinner, we were chatting with the F&B assistant manager and mentioned we were on our honeymoon. He surprised us by sending a cake to our room and arranging a candle light dinner for the next day. The spa service was extremely good too. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay memorable and special ❤️

Such a lovely, peaceful place to relax. The food was amazing, and my friends from Germany had a great time during their stay. Everything was clean and well managed, with room maintenance on point. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to locals and tourists alike. Highly recommended!

We were on a 10-day tour of the south of Sri Lanka and stayed one night at Jetwing Blue on 1st March 2026. The location is very handy for a flight, just a 15-minute drive from the airport, and the hotel opens right onto the beach. Service was excellent and accommodating, and the food was good. My wife needed gluten-free and dairy-free food, so they prepared a special fish dish for her. The chef even came to our table to say hello and check how things were, which was a nice touch. We were kindly upgraded to a spacious family room with a very good sea view. Still, the room, shower, and toilets felt quite dated, and there was a slight musty smell. Honestly, we’d only stay here again if we had no other choice before going to the airport.

We spent four nights here at the end of our Sri Lanka trip. The rooms were very spacious, though the buildings and rooms are a little dated. That felt like a minor thing to us. It also felt really safe, and we could leave our phone and bags on the sun loungers while we went swimming. The pools were beautifully maintained and clean, and guests can use the two pools at jetwing beach next door as well. We came as a couple and saw quite a few families, but it didn’t feel too child centric, so it worked for couples, families and large groups. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, and the food was really great. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a huge range. I don’t know what people mean when they say the options are limited.

The food was delicious throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and relaxed. We had a memorable time at Jetwing Negombo and would definitely recommend it to families and anyone after comfort and great service.
