American Star Hotel

Being just a stone’s throw from Gregory Lake made for a calm, peaceful stay. The hotel was comfortable, with well-kept rooms and a clean private bathroom, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout. A great option if you want somewhere relaxing.

The view from my room was fantastic, including Gregory lake, and it became a special moment for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made check-in and check-out easy with their friendliness and help. I also liked the wide choice at the breakfast buffet. The location worked well for exploring the city center, and I’d recommend the American Hotel and stay there again.

I loved the view of Gregory lake, the room décor, the restaurant, the extra facilities, and the atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and feels safe, with a lovely environment both inside and around this part of the city. The rooms were peaceful and had comforts that made them feel homey. Staff are consistently friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth and professional. Its prime location means you can walk to everything, while getting in and out of the city is easy. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
