The customer service from the lady was poor, and she was very rude. She wanted us to book, but then asked us to leave the premises right at checkout time because another family was coming at 12. I don’t understand why they behave like this. She also didn’t want to explain what facilities they had. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

We were two families with three little kids, and the villa was cozy and comfortable for our two-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we hope to come back someday. We’ll gladly tell our friends in the UK about this lovely place. Best wishes to everyone there, and thanks for making our stay so nice.

The children especially loved the large garden, and we made the most of dining outside whenever we could. The beautiful house was well maintained, with spacious rooms and enough beds for 10-12 adults. Staff were accommodating from our first booking call to the end, and went out of their way to please us. The meals were home cooked.

We loved our stay and the service, including the spicy cooked meals and helpful advice for travellers. This well-kept European-style bungalow has lovely gardens and landscaping, in what I find to be the best climate in Sri Lanka. Five stars, thank you!
