This was a horrible stay, and the worst one I've had with OYO hotels, even though I've stayed with them before. The room wasn't clean enough and the bathroom smelled awful. The owner refused to change the room or clean it again, so it wasn't worth staying there.
The food was delicious, and the staff made a real effort to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Everyone was amazing, especially the manager Mr. Rohan. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.
We didn't get any bathroom amenities, though shower sets were provided to their fellow countrymen far away. The rooms were dirty, and the bed linen smelled unpleasant, as if someone had slept in it before, more than once.
The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly 👏
