Panorama Accommodations Nuwara Eliya

We felt at home here, helped by the wonderful climate in the area. The food they made was delicious, and the food and accommodation prices were very reasonable. You can also get laundry done here. Owner Ranjith was so hospitable. When our scooter tire broke, he arranged to get it fixed right away. The room was nice and had a beautiful view. We liked it enough to extend our stay by another week. I really recommend the place and will definitely come back next year. 🥳 💕 🎉

We were really disappointed when we arrived to see the Rs. 6,000 family room for four people. We’d already paid Rs. 1,500 in advance. The smell hit us as soon as we walked in, like a toilet, and the rooms were very unclean and completely uninviting. It felt unhygienic, so we left immediately without even asking for a refund. If customers are being charged, please keep the place clean and at least make sure it smells fresh. This experience was unacceptable.

It felt like walking onto a horror movie set. The place was neglected and a serious health hazard, and the photos were very old. There was mold everywhere, so we didn’t stay even one more minute.

The rooms were in poor condition and not well maintained, with several issues during our stay. We couldn’t properly lock the doors, which left us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. The access road is extremely narrow and hard to drive along, especially with family or luggage. Panorama Accommodation didn’t match the photos or online description and felt neglected. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make serious improvements to the rooms and access.
