We arrived early in the morning, and the team kindly had our rooms ready before we got there. Mr Sevin, the chef, and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The setup was very cosy, and we had a memorable time in Nuwara eliya.

We could walk everywhere from this hotel, and the location was really good. The garden was amazing, the staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious and gorgeous. The bed was the best we slept in during our whole trip, so good! There was also a heater for the colder nights. Would definitely recommend.

The rate was relatively reasonable for this area, and the property and staff made our stay feel perfect. Our room was clean and had luxurious equipment, the restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and well trained. The hotel also has a calm atmosphere, perhaps because it doesn't have too much guest capacity, and getting to the city center is easy. Thank you so much.

The staff were really friendly, and the location worked well for us. The hotel itself is beginning to feel dated and could use a proper refresh. Breakfast could be better too.

Mr Micheal recommended Hotel Royal Cocoon in Nuwara-Eliya, and we stayed there from January 30th to February 1st. We were grateful that he checked in on us each day to make sure we were comfortable. The staff, especially Mr Savin, Mr Savidhu and Chef Mr Ramindhu, were genuinely kind and attentive. They also made my husband's birthday celebration feel truly special. The food was delicious, and the premises were immaculately clean. We had a delightful stay, with hospitality that went beyond what we expected.
