The staff were really friendly and polite, and the location was beautiful. The rooms felt luxurious, the beds were very comfortable, and there was hot water and all the amenities. For such a low price, I thought this was the only place with facilities this good. Thank you!

Royal Mount Hotel is right in Nuwara Eliya town, close to the main tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the price was very affordable for such a convenient location. A cozy, budget-friendly place to stay. I had a great visit and would highly recommend it.

The bed was comfy and the blanket warm. For the price, everything seemed okay, except the bathroom was really tiny and the water pressure was low.

The rooms are warm inside, with enough facilities, and the service is good for very reasonable prices. Staff are very good, friendly and kind. It's a quiet place close to the city, great for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this place.
