Breakfast could use a bit more variety. Apart from that, our stay was wonderful, and thanks to everyone for making it enjoyable. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and kind throughout. Their service was excellent, and the whole team showed real hospitality and professionalism.

We stayed in the Devon room and really enjoyed the mountain view. Prathana and the staff were friendly and understanding, and the warm room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice too, with a Sri Lankan omelette, yogurt, and honey. It was a memorable visit, and well worth a 5-star review.

The peaceful setting was a highlight, with quite a few places to explore nearby. It's a small, pleasant hotel, and the staff were polite and worked hard. Even if anything at the property fell short, their helpful attitude and service made up for it.

Cheriz is close enough to Nuwara Eliya's main town to be convenient, but it stays away from the noise and bustle. My husband and I had a lovely stay there. The rooms and decor were tasteful, with lovely views of the hills and tea plantations, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff made us feel welcome and gave us the best hospitality we could've asked for. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had great choices, freshly prepared and really tasty. I'd highly recommend it to couples and families.
