The Ayurveda food was so yummy, and the retreat’s setting by the ocean made it a lovely place to rest and unwind. I really enjoyed the combination of yoga and Ayurveda. Asiri is a wonderful Shivanada Yoga Master.

A lovely beach spot for a small retreat, with good vibes and nothing overdone. Asiri is a gentle, easy-to-talk-to instructor. The day plan includes breakfast, a yoga class, treatment, lunch, and massage, and it’s really worthwhile. Highly recommend!

The place is simple but beautiful and spotless, with outstanding service. We felt very well looked after, and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy yoga. The teacher was incredibly skilled, truly one of the best we’ve had on all our trips to Sri Lanka. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!

My friend and I dropped in for a class and had a great traditional yoga session. Asiri is a friendly, very capable teacher 🧘♂️ I can definitely recommend this place 😇

It was an amazing class. He showed me how to do the movements correctly, and I managed my first handstand ♥️ Even with a bigger group, he still looked after everyone :)
