Lake Nest Bolgoda Resort

The banquet hall is good, and so is the food, but the service was very poor. The waiters seemed unsure how to treat guests. We were there as the official photographers for a wedding and were assigned a table at the starting corner of the buffet. When we returned from a shoot while the buffet was still open, some people had left their plates on our table. The location is very nice, but maintenance is lacking and the surroundings are very unclean. They need to focus more on cleanliness, especially because a drainage line runs through the premises to the lake and smells awful. They’ll need to improve the service if they want to do well in the industry.

The location was good and there was plenty of space, but the service was really disappointing. We reserved ahead and ordered food for our large group of friends, yet they still didn't bring enough. The staff were very careless. 😡😡

The setting was lovely, the food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. Prices were reasonable too. It turned out much better than we'd expected, and seems suited to day outings, weddings, or birthday events. We'd happily come back. Thanks so much.

The garden by the lake and the swimming pool seemed okay, but the rest of the place felt run-down. The banquet hall had a musty smell, the tablecloths were stained, and it looked shabby overall. It didn't feel worth the price, and I wasn't impressed.
