The owner charged extra for things, including bed tea that he had told us was free, and the price at checkout didn’t match what was listed online. We also found the place dirty and the rooms poorly cleaned. The person running it kept walking around even after we’d booked, which felt disturbing, and the whole experience came across as very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The location is very convenient, but the room needs to be cleaner. The washroom also needs a proper clean and tidying up.

The location was good, but the service and cleanliness were awful. There were no blankets, and the bedsheets and pillows were dirty and poor quality. Our room had no bin, and there was no toilet paper or soap in the washroom. When we asked the owner about it, he got annoyed and said this wasn’t a three- or five-star hotel, then asked why we’d taken a room if we didn’t like it. We’d already paid for two days and hadn’t checked the room first, so we just kept quiet and stayed. His manner was rude and disrespectful. I felt terrible about the whole thing. One of the worst experiences of my life.

When I asked to book a room, the owner said I could. But the price he gave me was different from the one advertised online. When I pointed that out, he said the online price was wrong.

The bathroom was in really bad shape and very dirty. Water barely came out properly, and the cleanliness overall was lacking.
