The owner was friendly and helpful, and the location made getting around easy, close to town and the railway station. The AC worked really well in the hot weather, and the rooms were comfortable enough for the price. It’s extremely affordable, and one of the best budget places in the area for what you pay. It’s not a luxury hotel, so don’t expect a five-star experience, but it’s a clean, comfortable, low-cost option in Polonnaruwa.

You can prepare your own food inside, and the prices are reasonable. The rooms were in great shape and very clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s near Polonnaruwa town, about 300 metres from Polonnaruwa Railway Station.

Jagath was patient and guided us well. For a fee of 2000, he offered to take us in his car on a day trip to the Pollanaruwa ruins. He also took us to a vegetarian restaurant for Dosa. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and there was hot water. A kitchenette was available for making coffee, tea, or a light breakfast. The town, bustling with activity, was within walking distance. Jagath is a very nice owner, and the place was affordable. I highly recommend it.

We were two families with kids, and the place was clean and easy to reach. The rooms and living room were large enough and manageable. The owner was friendly. Nice place, recommended.
