Seven Turtles Resort Hotel

We loved Seven Turtles so much that we came back for another day, even though we weren't staying overnight. The food was delicious, especially the tuna burger, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. We celebrated my partner's birthday here and had a deeply relaxing time. The beach out front is broad, quiet, and nearly empty, great for enjoying nature and switching off. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a calm feeling and attention to detail. Our room was spotless, the shower was hot, and the water pressure was excellent. One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. We'll definitely return.

Breakfast had several choices and was brought right to the beach. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The food was excellent, with no added charges for taxes or service. The hotel sits directly by the beach, with kilometers of quiet coastline and no crowds. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It's clean, has a great location, a good pool, great service, and unreal food, especially the excellent seafood. The place isn't fancy, but that was fine for us. The staff were all really nice, from the women cleaning rooms to the guys at the bar and restaurant. If you want luxury, or a party spot, this probably isn't for you. Things wind down around 9ish pm. It's great for couples and small families who want a quiet, beautiful setting. We often walked the beach and felt very safe. My husband fished on the beach and walked to the harbour, about 30 minutes away, or the lagoon, around 15 minutes away. The property dogs are friendly, and the rooms are tidy and spacious, with a good shower and a mini bar. The beach bar toilet could use a refresh. Try the chocolate milkshakes, yummy!

The four gentle, friendly dogs are a highlight, adding warmth and personality without ever getting in the way. The resort belongs to a lovely Ukrainian couple who care about their guests, and the whole experience felt more like staying in someone's home than a hotel. The team helped us arrange activities and transfers, and everything went smoothly. The small spa has just two cabins, but the massage was wonderful and deeply relaxing. With only 10 rooms, the hotel feels private and intimate. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. There's a beautiful beach, a lovely pool, and a cozy restaurant serving simple, fresh, delicious food, especially the seafood. The property is surrounded by nature, and the sound of waves by the endless ocean made it a peaceful place to disconnect. It felt calm and safe from the moment we arrived, a perfect retreat for anyone who values quiet, nature, and authenticity. I couldn't recommend it more.
