We ate dinner at the homestay throughout our stay, and every meal was delicious. Breakfast was just as good, with something different each day. The friendly people running the place made it feel peaceful, and Sigiriya Rock is only a short walk away. Our room had all the essentials, and they replaced the towels every day.

There was no hesitation in recommending this place. It’s clean and comfortable, with good staff, though it’s a little out of the way. One morning the area lost electricity, so we had a cold shower at first. The power came back, and the shower was hot again straight away. We found the place accommodating and friendly.

We stayed here as a couple and found it very comfortable and peaceful. The hosts were ready to help with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was top class. It’s very close to Sigiriya Lions Rock.

The room photos on booking matched what we found, and the rooms were clean. We didn’t have any mosquitoes in our room. The staff were excellent and did everything we asked. We also had two homemade breakfasts and two dinners here, all delicious traditional food.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the location worked well. It’s near the road, but you can’t hear the traffic. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a proper bathroom.
