Dinesh and his wife were lovely hosts. The fresh lunch and dinner felt made with care, and Dinesh had no problem driving us by tuk-tuk to the laundry or the natural pool nearby. It’s a good place to relax. Sigiriya is another 2 km away, with plenty of restaurants and an ATM. Lion's rock is there, but the real secret is pidurangala rock. The dirtiest place we encountered in Sri Lanka. We had to find somewhere else to sleep.

The host was super nice, and the food was delicious. The room was clean and had AC, a mosquito net and hot water in the shower. The host can take you wherever you need to go, even to the village laundry or the swimming spot by the lake. Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock are nearby. You can walk to the village or take a tuk-tuk for 200/300 rupiah. There are some nice restaurants there, but the food at Yoshua Holiday Resort is delicious.
