The best part for me was the backyard by the sea, where we could dine and relax. There’s also an outdoor shower and a tap, and you can go straight from the villa to Thalpe beach. The house is spacious, with big living areas, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are comfortable for six people, though up to eight can share beds if needed. The kitchen has a large fridge, plates, a cooker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and utensils. We had a wonderful time with lots of freedom here. Highly recommended!

The sea-facing view and location are dreamy, but the facilities were quite poor. Water pressure was awful, and switching on the motor caused power interruptions. There weren’t enough kitchen utensils to cook a proper meal, and the rooms are very small. After all those bad experiences, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Right in front of Thalpe beach, so you can step straight into the water whenever you like. It felt safe for swimming, and the famous Thalpe natural pools are next door. Chaminda was very professional and arranged everything we asked for. We’ll be back.

A sea-facing villa in a really convenient spot, just a few meters from the famous Talpe rock formation. It has four separate air-conditioned rooms, two washrooms, a kitchen, and parking. The owner was very helpful, and the place is affordable.

The sea view and gorgeous terrace make this a nice villa. The rooms could be better if they were cleaned and given a few minor repairs.
