The rooms were very clean and had all the essentials. The owner was friendly, gave great service, and made sure our needs were met. It’s right in the heart of Mirissa, within walking distance of all the popular beaches.

The location was fantastic, but the room was old and basic. I couldn’t sleep well because there was no blanket, the couch cushions they used instead of regular pillows were too hard, and the AC was old. I left after one day instead of staying two and chose another place.

You’re close to the beach, bus stop, and several restaurants, and the staff were helpful. The Wi-Fi worked well too. The room was clean, though it wasn’t very spacious and getting there involved a lot of stairs, first up and then down, which wasn’t great with luggage. The doors are closed before 11 pm, and there was no water in the room, so after 11 we couldn’t even go out to buy some.

The room was really hot and humid. There was only a fan, and it was so loud that it didn’t help me sleep well.

The bed was super comfortable, and we loved staying at this guest house. It’s in a great spot just outside the city, and the bathroom was very clean. But the drain is at the far end, so water stays all over the floor. With the heat, the bathroom turned into a sauna. For anyone on a budget who wants a very clean room, we’d definitely recommend it.
