Elegant Green Beach Resort

The peaceful atmosphere and location added a lot to the stay at Elegant Green Beach Hotel. Staff were very welcoming and happy to help, which made things feel relaxed and comfortable. The facilities are moderate, nothing fancy, but they’re maintained well and everything was clean and functional.

The room and shared areas weren’t kept to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Service was limited too, with staff not very responsive when we raised requests or concerns. Food quality was below average, the choices were limited, and it didn’t feel fresh enough for the high prices. For what the resort charges, the service and facilities don’t offer good value. Hygiene and service both need work before I’d recommend it.

We booked two rooms through booking.com and stayed in touch with the staff all day about when we’d arrive. When we got there at 11.00pm, they had given our rooms to another tourist with the same name. How could they hand over rooms without checking the booking number? We were left stranded, and the staff made no effort to help us find another hotel or offer recommendations. It was so unprofessional. I’ll never book here again.

I was really impressed with the service at ELEGENT GREEN BEACH RESORT. The team at ELEGANT were polite and attentive, and went out of their way to make the dining experience lovely. Congratulations to the whole staff!
