Hotel Green Garden

The surroundings are pleasant, and the place itself is quite nice, but our dealings with the staff, especially the receptionist, were disappointing. The receptionist came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and we didn’t feel guests were shown basic courtesy. We also ran into repeated parking problems. At times we weren’t allowed to park our vehicles, and no proper explanation was given. I hope management improves the reception staff’s professionalism and customer service.

We booked a dinner buffet, but it was open for only 30 minutes because, they said, another booking was coming and we had to finish quickly. There were just five dishes, though the original menu listed ten. The manager made excuses and didn’t apologize once. The service was very bad, and the rooms were filthy. I read some positive reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad, but I ended up experiencing what others had described. Thanks for ruining our day. If you’re thinking you’ll be fine like I did, you won’t. Save your day while you can.

The rooms were disgusting: dirty sheets, bugs in the bathroom, and a rotten, damp smell as soon as we walked in. The AC was broken, Wi-Fi didn’t work, and noise went on all night, so we couldn’t sleep. They’d promised us a 10-item dinner, but served only three awful dishes. When we complained, they blamed a “function.” We paid for the food, yet got what seemed like leftovers from the function. It was so bad we asked them to cancel the breakfast we’d already paid for because nobody wanted to eat it. What a waste of money. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. They didn’t deliver what they promised, and treated paying guests like garbage. Save yourself the stress and stay away.
