The front office team made everything easy, with a smooth, efficient check-in and check-out and a warm, professional welcome. Special thanks to Mr. Ronson (FOM), Imran, and Jathu for their kindness and support throughout. They helped make the stay memorable. The food was fresh, delicious, nicely presented, and there was a great range on the menu. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, good service, and great food. Looking forward to coming back!❤️💪❤️

Getting engaged at Uppuvelli Beach made this stay unforgettable. The hotel is right by the beach, the location is perfect, and everyone was so friendly. Tharsika, the events executive, helped organise the most magical night. She was kind, attentive, quick to respond, and went the extra mile. She’s excellent at her job and a real asset to the hotel. I’d trust her with anything I needed organised. Sanjaya in the restaurant was attentive too. He greeted us with a smile every morning and evening, and we felt very welcome. The hotel also helped us arrange things to do, including pigeon island and river fishing, which was our favourite activity of the trip. 10/10, we had the best stay.

The peaceful setting, warm hospitality, and experiences here made the trip feel really special. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful country, and this resort was one of the best escapes I’ve had so far. I loved everything, from the luxurious atmosphere and stunning surroundings to the exceptional service. Every detail exceeded my expectations. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing, luxurious getaway in Trincomalee.

The food was great, and I loved having direct access to the beach. The pool was relaxing, and our room was spacious and well ventilated. The bathrooms could use some refurbishing, though. We had an awesome experience, and don’t miss the sunrise while you’re here.
