The customer service was very poor and the stay was unpleasant. We had to keep reminding them about basic things like soap and a towel rack, and the bedsheets were not clean. Owner, please pay attention to this.

Don’t book this hotel. It’s trash and full of mosquitoes. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and although there’s hot water, it doesn’t work either. I’d give zero stars if that were possible, so it gets one.

Decent rooms, no fuss, and the service is the best for the rate.
