The owner’s mother made an already frustrating stay worse with her unbelievable attitude, though a few staff members were polite. We waited three hours past the usual check-in time and the rooms still weren’t ready. When we finally got in, the bedsheets were wet, the mattress was damaged, and the rooms were filthy. The washrooms were among the worst I’ve seen in Sri Lanka. Poor hygiene, maintenance, and management. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Oshin.

The service stood out at Oshin Restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, and their help felt genuine and professional. The place is clean, with a comfortable atmosphere as soon as you walk in. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh, tasty, and worth the price. I was really happy with the visit and would recommend it for good food and service.

Hotel Oshin was a comfortable, affordable choice in Trincomalee. My family and I appreciated the large parking area, which made coming and going easy. The food was exceptional, and the location was convenient. The rates were very reasonable.

The food at Hotel Oshin was amazing, and the room prices were pleasantly affordable. We also found the spacious parking convenient for coming and going. Its spot on the main Kandy Road near Trincomalee City worked perfectly for our stay. I’d recommend it for a comfortable, budget-friendly visit to Trincomalee.
