We were a family of 12, including two kids, and stayed for three days. The hosts were kind, helpful, and always around when we needed them. They even helped with our laundry, and prepared a special seafood dish at the last minute when we asked. Breakfast was fantastic, and the new juice and hopper spot served some of the best we’ve had. Our rooms were clean and had AC. The beach, which is beautiful, was only a few minutes away on foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We’ll stay here again.

The rooms were a little small, but clean and had AC. It was a relaxed stay, with the beach nearby and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were warm and helpful throughout, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Hotel Jay R is in a peaceful spot that’s still close to the main attractions and beaches. The service was outstanding, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Trincomalee. I’ll stay here again.

We don’t know how to swim, but hotel Jay-R organized a great snorkeling trip for us. We had lots of fun and felt safe the whole time. Clean place, beaches nearby. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent from beginning to end, and I had a wonderful stay. It was comfortable and welcoming. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.
