I checked in this morning and checked out only three hours later because the manager's behavior made the place uncomfortable. He spoke rudely to guests and seemed unprofessional. Before he'd even shown me the room, he demanded payment, which felt disrespectful. Management needs to improve how it treats customers. Basic courtesy and proper service matter in hospitality.

It wasn't worth the price, and it wasn't clean at all. Nobody working there seemed to know how to treat a guest.

The bed sheets were very dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The manager was also very bad towards guests and didn't even seem to know how to talk to them. A very bad place, I don't recommend it at all.

The rates are quite okay, but the place is pretty average, much as most previous reviews say. I'm pretty sure the staff, including the owner, I suppose, could do a much better job 🙃

The place is safe, child friendly, and easy to access. Rooms are spacious, with AC and hot water, and there's an elevator. Worth the money, but bring a kettle or electric heater since there isn't one in the room. The sheets and pillowcases are clean, though heavily used. There's room to improve the service and cleanliness. The floors were cleaned, but the bathroom and glass top tables didn't seem to get thorough attention, and the balcony wasn't cleaned at all. It would be better if a manager checked whether the rooms and bathrooms had been properly cleaned. This place has potential if they pay more attention to those small but important sanitation details.
