Royal Reach Family Resort

My wife and daughter loved the family-like welcome, and we came away with memories we won’t forget. The surroundings were peaceful, the staff were wonderful, and the food was fantastic. You personally made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We’re very grateful for the warm welcome and care, highly recommend the hotel, and will definitely come back. Thank you!

The best part was the service. I’ve never had customer care this good in any country. When we wanted to go to a gym in town, the staff drove us for free. It was closed, so they found another one and even spoke with its owner to make sure we wouldn’t be charged a “tourist price.” Everyone went out of their way to help, from the pool cleaners and waiters to the managers. At every meal they made the stay brilliant. Thank you Lahiru, Serasinghege, and the rest of the team at Royal Reach. The hotel also arranged a fantastic safari. We had the jeep to ourselves and were among the first into the park. The rooms were large and clean, with a very hot shower, fan, and AC. Food was delicious and plentiful, especially the amazing breakfasts. Exceptional value.

The room was spacious and beautifully looked after, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a really nice stay, highly recommend.

That black pork curry was next level, I’d be leaving something out if I didn’t mention it 😛. The food and drinks were amazing from the welcome drink through breakfast the next day, and we had one night on a full board basis. The rooms were neat and tidy too. Mr.thushara, who’s in charge, was helpful from start to finish, and the rest of the crew were helpful as well. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until we left, the whole experience was amazing. I’m hoping to come back to Royal Reach with my whole family very soon. Hope there are new menu's by then 😛. All the best to Mr Thushara and his crew, and thanks (surangi)!
