The people were friendly and the food was nice. It seems a decent effort at giving guests an experience, but the facilities still need more work. The pool was full of dead insects and unusable, so management should look after it. Items in the room, like the mosquito vaporizer and sugar, hadn't been checked or replenished for the next guest. Relatively ok overall, and people are nice.

The only things I liked were the friendly staff and the concept. Everything else needs major improvement. The room smelled bad, and hot water took a long time to come through. Around 2 am, the water supply stopped completely. Dinner options were limited, and one dish had run out by the time we arrived. Breakfast was also limited and in short supply, just bread, jam, butter, sausage and eggs. The pool was okay, but dead bugs were floating in it. Very disappointing.

Overall, this was disappointing. We chose the place based on the online photos, but the tents looked nothing like them. They seemed not to have had money spent on upkeep for probably 10 years. Ours was full of mould and dirt. We couldn't even open the toilet side flaps in daylight because the window mesh was full of holes and mosquitoes streamed through. There are supposed to be three eating places, but when we got back at 5.30, we were told there was no chef and we'd have to go out to eat. The next morning, we were told the chef had been there the whole time. Breakfast was just okay, and we were told when to eat.

The food was good, but I wasn't impressed overall. The place looked nothing like the website pictures, there weren't enough staff to run it, and the pool area was filthy with no rubbish bins. The manager knew very little about what the website advertised. We stayed two nights but ended up spending more time at another nearby hotel. I'd only stay here for one night.
