The staff were helpful and replaced our fridge right away when it gave us trouble. If you want fresh towels or water, you can ask at reception. The beach towels and a place to lie on the beach are free for guests. It's a good spot near the ocean, where the waves aren't too strong, so you can swim with kids. The room was okay. Music gets loud in the evening, so if you plan to sleep before 10, ask for a room upstairs.

What stood out most was the helpful service. When I lost my sunglasses, the staff contacted the place where I thought I'd left them, spoke with the owner, and arranged a TukTuk to take me there. Before our flight on the last day, we spent the whole day at the beach; they kept our luggage safe and let us use the hotel facilities, including showers, so we could leave feeling fresh and relaxed. The rooms were spotless, with lovely sea views to wake up to, and the location is right on the beachfront with sunbeds and everything needed for a day by the water. The staff were attentive, warm, and ready to help. That care made the stay memorable. I'd recommend the hotel for its beachfront setting and thoughtful service, and I can't wait to return.
