The room was clean, the staff welcoming, and the location was quiet at night. I was surprised by some of the other reviews because my stay went really well! 🤩

2/10
The place is somewhat okay, but the management feels very cold. They don't even smile, and the atmosphere isn't friendly. There's an in-charge person who seems to set the tone. If things stay this way, I think the place will definitely go downhill.

A decent, pleasant place to stay in Vavuniya. The pool is well maintained.

8/10
The staff were friendly and looked after us well, and the rooms were kept clean. The rooms themselves were just okay, nothing special, but my stay was satisfactory overall. There's still room for improvement.

The room has plenty of space and is clean, but the bathroom could use better upkeep. The sliding doors also stick.
